Originally built and managed by Lyle Tonne, today you’ll see Mary and Trevor Hickey actively working the business. Mary Tonne is the middle child of John and Betty Tonne. Mary and Trevor were both starting their careers with Paul Bunyan’s when a connection between them grew. Today, Mary and Trever have been married for 19 years and boast 6 children. You’ll be sure to see Mary working the gift shop and dining room, while Trevor’s forte is managing the kitchen and food production. During the summer, their eldest children can be found hosting guests at the front door as well as busing tables and preparing your “from scratch” meals in the kitchen.
